Job Description:

Under the supervision of the MIS Director, provides a variety of IT support to the organization's end users such as providing technical assistance, services backup to senior technicians, and follow-up with users for feedback ticket resolution, etc. Provides support to users by troubleshooting equipment problems and responds to help desk inquiries.

	Skills Required
	Active Directory, MS Exchange, Anti-virus administration, Tier-1 Level End-user Support and other related tasks as needed.
