Job Description:

GENERAL PROPERTY MANAGER
 
Pelican Cove Condominium Association is searching for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years' proven Island property management experience to manage their day-today operations.
 
Reporting the Board's President, the General Manager is responsible for the administration, maintenance and financial activities of the property while maintaining effective communication with the Board of Directors, condominium owners, tenants and guests.
 
Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license, be fully bondable and submit to a drug test.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
