Requirements: Skilled in swimming, rock climbing, kayaking, snorkeling, free-diving. Must be a confident swimmer and kayaker in rough waters (open sea). Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, especially verbal as this is an interpretive nature tour (talking throughout the tour to the group about local flora/fauna/history). Candidates must be comfortable speaking to groups, have local history/flora/fauna knowledge or be willing to learn for the job, be a people person, be upbeat and have a current certification: CPR/First Aid (or be willing to get CPR/First Aid before starting).
