CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT / FRONT DESK POSITION
 

WORK HOURS:
 
Schedule varies according to our patient needs, and availability of the physicians.
 
MON/WED/FRI   10:00am - 1:30pm (break for lunch) 2:30pm - 7:00 pm   
  
TUES/THURS      9:30am - 12:30pm  (2-3 hours - it varies)  
   
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience and skill sets

FRONT DESK DUTIES / REQUIRED SKILLS
Customer Service skills
Answering phones / Taking Messages
Scheduling and Confirming Patient Appointments
Computer Data Entry; Patient Information, Charges Payments, Treatment
Medical Record Keeping
Collections
Insurance verification and interpretation
Assist in administrative functions, as needed
Excellent written and verbal skills
Exposure to HIPAA regulations in healthcare field
Experience and knowledge of Chiropractic
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multi-task (a must!)
Ability to perform expected tasks independently without supervision
Excellent time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to jump from "high profile" projects to "digging a trench" type projects while maintaining  enthusiasm 
Punctual
