Job Description:

Investment Services Associate position is based in St. Thomas, USVI and will provide assistance to the Credit Monitoring Team. In this role, the Investment Services Associate will be expected to provide day to day support to the Investment Services Manager. The Investment Services Associate will also be asked to work independently and complete tasks related to: building credit files and tracking of investment approvals. The Investment Services Associate will be trained to identify investments and amendments which require approvals and to prepare the necessary approval memos. The Investment Services Associate will also be expected to effectively communicate with external parties.

Skills Required

Skills required:

· Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
· Ability to work independently, establish priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision
· Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Basic understanding of legal documents

The successful candidate will possess the following:

· Undergraduate degree
· At least one year of relevant work experience
· Willingness to work on a team and perform additional duties as assigned
