Job Description:
This position is primarily responsible for providing daily guidance to employees and managers on programs, processes and policies to ensure consistency and applicability. This role participates in all phases of the employment cycle including but not limited to recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, training, benefits knowledge, and terminations. The HR Generalist reports to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources and works closely with Sr. Director of HR, HR Coordinator, Recruiting, and Benefits Specialist. The HR Generalist has no direct reports.
Skills Required
Education and/or Experience:
·BS degree, Human Resources or related field
·3+ years experience working in HR Department as an HR Coordinator or Jr. Generalist
·HR Certification(s) a Big PLUS!!
Computer Software/Hardware:
·Intermediate to advanced skills in the following software; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Adobe Acrobat (Form making software)
