Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager, Marketing Intelligence who will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of marketing strategies to help meet goals. The Manager will leverage marketing BI tools, Google Analytics, third party marketing platforms and internal reports to help make data-driven recommendations, along with owning testing tools.


Essential Functions: 

1.     Define strategies and growth plans to drive the next stage of growth for the company.

2.     Design and deliver a marketing infrastructure for strategic use for website, segment marketing, and customer experience initiatives and integrations.

3.     Build reports and presentations that provide key business insights used for decisions.

4.     Assist with market intelligence gathering and synthesis to monitor customer trends.

5.     Provide insights that improve targeted marketing efforts.

6.     Perform reporting and analysis of campaigns and develop recommendations to optimize.

7.     Design testing strategies that deliver incremental response gains.

8.     Accurately forecast incremental sales, margins, and impact of marketing efforts.

9.     Foster and develop relationships with key strategic and operational vendors supporting efforts.

10.  Collaborate with creative to design and execute successful customer journey roadmaps.

11.  Additional duties as assigned

  2. Technical Competency – Ability to grasp research tools; skilled in numerous facets of technical resources.

  2. Flexibility - Strong willingness to approach work with a sense of urgency; adapts quickly and enthusiastically supports department and/or company changes; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; manages and organizes multiple projects at one time.
  3. Initiative - Can work with minimal direct supervision; looks for and takes advantage of development opportunities; a proven self-starter; learns and contributes quickly.
  4. Teamwork & Collaboration - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Planning/Organization - Analytical mind; Someone who can scope ideas and consider things like functionality/feasibility of a project all the way through and own it.
  6. Quality of Work - Detail oriented; committed to accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality.

Skills Required

Experience Required: 


1.     Bachelor’s degree preferred

2.     Experience working with business intelligence tools (Domo, Tableau, Adobe Anaytics) and testing tools preferred

3.     Minimum 5 years of experience or transferrable skills

  1. Exemplary communication skills and strong business acumen to understand business strategy, interact with all levels within an organization, and present actionable findings


Computer Software/Hardware:


Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


Physical Requirements/Work Environment:


Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time, talking, hearing constantly.

Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. on occasion

Must be able to sit in front of computer monitor (s) daily

Sitting and or standing for long periods of time.

Noise level: moderate noise level daily in an office atmosphere.
