Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to serve as a day-to-day contact for partner relationships. The role will provide support developing and qualifying customer prospects to build a pipeline of qualified leads, identifying and implementing campaigns to focus on maximizing ROI, driving additional sales volume, analyzing results, interpreting business strategies and trends and providing recommendations. This person will work directly with junior team members to mentor and other digital marketing team members.


Essential Functions: 

·         Create strategic plan and roadmap that contributes to the execution of short-term and long-term strategies, profitability goals and objectives.

·         Understand and articulate partner value proposition, while negotiating key initiatives.

·         Compile statistical and performance reports and develop trending analysis, as well as recommendations on next steps; analyzes data to optimize performance.

·         Identify key levers of improvement to increase traffic and conversion.

·         Lead weekly calls with partners to review top-line program performance, marketing strategy and brainstorm opportunities to drive mutual success.

·         Stay abreast of changes and trends in the marketing industry, identify best practices, and determine how to apply them to client business.

·         Own team projects working with other areas of the business to implement

·         Additional duties as assigned.

·         Communication - effectively demonstrates appropriate communication methods; written and verbal as well as applying the appropriate communication style appropriately tailored to the audience and subject. 

  •       Analytics - Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts and draws optimization recommendations.
  •      Technical Competency - Strong grasp of digital media channels; skilled in numerous facets of technical resources.  
  •      Accountability - Proven track record of creating and executing strategies.
  •       Forward Thinking - Ability to analyze potential opportunities and program effectiveness.
  •       Flexibility - Strong willingness to approach work with a sense of urgency; adapts quickly and enthusiastically supports department and/or company changes; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; manages and organizes multiple projects at one time.
  •        Initiative - Can work with minimal direct supervision; looks for and takes advantage of development opportunities; a proven self-starter; learns and contributes quickly.
  •       Teamwork & Collaboration - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  •       Planning/Organization - Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan and meet deadlines.
  •       Quality of Work - Detail oriented; committed to accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality.

Skills Required

Experience Required: 


·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         3+ years experience in digital marketing, lead generation or ecommerce preferred

  • Exemplary communication skills and strong business acumen to understand business strategy, interact with all levels within an organization, and present actionable findings – NOT just produce data


Computer Software/Hardware:


·         Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

·         General knowledge of Internet and online services


Physical Requirements/Work Environment:


·         Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. on occasion

·         Must be able to sit in front of computer monitor (s) daily

·         Sitting and or standing for long periods of time.

Noise level: moderate noise level daily in an office atmosphere
