Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced individual to support growth initiatives that drives traffic, improves brand awareness and increases acquisition and retention. This broad, hands-on role will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, development, and execution of marketing activities for all paid media channels. This role requires extensive knowledge of online marketing, including Affiliate Marketing, PPC, Lead Generation, Display, and Remarketing along with A/B testing, and web analytics. Essential Functions: - Direct the development, implementation, and management of online marketing strategies that will effectively drive traffic, conversion and profitability
- Increase traffic by expanding existing buys and initiating new relationships
- Quality inbound leads generated from marketing activities and outside sources
- Create strong cross-functional relationships with peers in other business unites to foster shared learning and leverage best practices
- Keep a solid focus on Digital Media. Implement strategies to effectively track analyze and report on ROI for all digital media campaigns and in-market activities
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the digital media teams to meet both internal marketing needs and the needs of our clients.
- Use judgment, experience, market data to develop statistical models to determine the optimum marketing mix of digital media channels for marketing campaigns.
- Research and drive the software products (custom development or off-the-self) that can be integrated into our digital marketing teams to optimize results, automate reports and keep pace with the ever-changing digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to develop precise tractability to all digital marketing campaigns.
- Play a key role in developing strategic partnerships and working relationships with other companies (vendors) to help drive the growth of the business.
- Build statistical predictive models to accurately judge the expected results from marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to the campaigns to keep them aligned with the business needs.
- Lead the efforts to streamline communication and collaboration between the digital media teams and other agency teams.
- Contribute towards creating and or modifying services to keep pace with the market.
- Lead and represent Digital Media teams in presentations and other business development initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members
