Responsibilities: Direct day-to-day operations for Field Operations and Engineering while reporting to VP/GM. Perform managerial duties and provide leadership and management of Field Operations/ Engineering systems, services and personnel. Create and implement Field Operations/Engineering strategies. Translate and articulates goals of the organization into technical initiatives. Identify new technologies and determines applicability to organization’s long-term needs and goals. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with third parties with whom the Company may partner or invest. Provide yearly budget and forecast for OPEX and CAPEX for Engineering and Operational needs to include forecasted initiatives.

Frequent travel required between worksites in St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix (USVI).
