FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTS (2 OPENINGS) - CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE

 

  • Customer Service
  • Greeting Patients
  • Answering Phones / Taking Messages
  • Scheduling / Confirming Appointments
  • Insurance Verification
  • Computer Data Entry
  • Processing Payments Accurately
  • Medical Record Keeping
  • Assist with Patient care as needed
  • Assist with Follow-up Collections
  • Assist with Administrative funcions as needed 
  • Scanning Medical Records into EHR
  • Inventory supplies, products, restocking
  • Light cleaning responsibilities
  • Must be Punctual and Reliable in attendance
  • Must be a current Resident and settled on St. Croix, USVI
HELFUL EXPERIENCE
  • Experience and Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Experience and Knowledge of Chiropractic Care
  • Experience  Billing and Coding in the Healthcare field
