Responsible for daily operations of restaurant, including: guest satisfaction, quality of product, cleanliness, inventory management and record-keeping.
Manage personnel to maintain high service standards
Insures restaurant is ready to run daily by preordering, adequate staffing, staff training, maintaining cleaning and sidework schedules, executing specials and promotions
Knowledge of food & beverage product
Provides constant supervision of service during all peak periods.
Visible to all guests during peak periods. Works with staff to ensure good prompt service.
Reports guest dissatisfaction to upper management
Closes down restaurant leaving everything neat, clean, and organized. Secures property.
Set up and take down of special functions
Timekeeping & Point of Sale Maintenance
Skills Required
3 years Restaurant Management
Excellent oral and written communication
Knowledge of Word & Excel
Physical activity including: bending, pushing, pulling, running, walking, and standing for long periods of time
