Job Description:

Job Purpose:
Daily oversight of the payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cost control, cash flow and financial reporting requirements. Responsible for the fiscal oversight and reporting to the main office in Curacao.
Key Responsibilities:
General Accounting
• AP- collect, get approval and send invoices to Curacao
• Prepare checks, collect signatures and distribute
• Maintain Petty Cash
• Maintain AR Process
• Prepare and Send Daily Sales Report
• Identify and resolve errors in drawer summary reports

Payroll
• Maintain time and attendance
• Maintain payroll information in system
• Run, analyze and send reports to Curacao
• Review calculations of commissions
• Enter commissions into payroll
• 1096 Income report
• Ensure payroll taxes are paid by Paylocity
Taxes and Licenses
• Obtain proper stamps for sales tax filing
• Obtain Sales and Business License
• Up Keep of Insurance, Fire Certificates, Parking Permits and Health Permits
• Keep Insurance and License up to date including vehicles
Contracts
• Maintain employment contracts
• Maintain general company contracts
Miscellaneous
• Complete month close activities
• Keep up to date of Business Licenses, Insurances, Fire Certificates, etc,
