Job Qualifications: Required: · High school diploma or GED · Previous guest service and reservations experience · First Aid certification · Fluent in verbal and written English · Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures · Knowledge of principles and methods of promoting and selling products/services · Attention to detail and organization · Effective communication skills · Excellent phone voice and phone skills · Excellent computer skills · Ability to secure and handle cash · Ability to operate a computerized cash register · Ability to spend long hours standing · Ability to perform light housekeeping duties in the Tower reservations kiosk · Ability to act professionally at all times with customers and co-workers Special Requirements: v Must be a team player and be able to get along with others v Must be personable, courteous and able to work under pressure v Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when scheduled Please Note: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only tasks to be performed by this position.
