Process, enter, andconfirm reservationsfor walk-up and call-in customers who maybeindividualscalling directlyor conciergesand tour desk agentscalling on behalfof guests
Must be courteous, attentive, friendly, cooperativeand professional withcustomersat all times
Must be accurateand prompt wheninputtingreservationsinto thereservationsystem toavoid problems likeoverbookingatimeslot, duplication ofreservations, or deletionofareservation
Must knowall restrictions applicableto aparticularactivityor encounter so theycan avoid booking activitiesand encountersfor guests who areunqualified toparticipate.
Must activelyengage all customersinafriendly, courteousand helpful manner, especiallywith pre and post activityand encounter customers, toascertain their level ofsatisfaction with the encounter and the park
Must fullysupport and cooperatewith activityand encounter staffto ensuresmooth operationsand communicatescheduled activitiesandencounterstotheresponsible staffin atimelymanner, including anypotential guest issues
