Virgin Islands Coffee Roasters (VICR) Sales & Account Manager The VICR Sales and Account Manager position leads sales efforts within the region by managing new and existing relationships, coordinating production and distribution logistics in order to increase sales in the relevant markets areas to include, but not limited to, hotels, community clubs, local businesses, restaurants, cafes and groceries. Principle Accountabilities Ø Develop new business while maintaining proper attention to existing customers. Ø Develop, execute and manage quarterly and annual strategic sales plans. Ø Monitor and report key performance indicators to ensure strategies and tactics are on target to meet or exceed sales goals. Ø Ensure timely collection of accounts receivables and anticipate customer needs. Ø Brand/Customer Management; consistent messaging, representation and communication with key personnel, consumer touch points and external partners. Ø Ensure a strong industry presence through a variety of networking and marketing channels. Ø Manage the coffee equipment lease process and program. Ø Ensure efficacy of the ordering delivery processes. |
