Position Summary:

Provides secretarial, clerical, human resources, and payroll support for Program Manager and staff. Performs bookkeeping, reservation, and reception services, which include but are not limited to, database system maintenance, office supply purchasing, typing, filing, reception, and telephone duties. Facilitates admissions and assists with monitoring program compliance.

Job Requirements:

Must possess strong writing and composition skills, strong oral communication skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Two or more years of clerical and human resources experience required.  High School diploma or equivalent required.
