Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager, Marketing Intelligence who will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of marketing strategies to help meet goals. The Manager will leverage marketing BI tools, Google Analytics, third party marketing platforms and internal reports to help make data-driven recommendations, along with owning testing tools. Essential Functions: 1. Define strategies and growth plans to drive the next stage of growth for the company. 2. Design and deliver a marketing infrastructure for strategic use for website, segment marketing, and customer experience initiatives and integrations. 3. Build reports and presentations that provide key business insights used for decisions. 4. Assist with market intelligence gathering and synthesis to monitor customer trends. 5. Provide insights that improve targeted marketing efforts. 6. Perform reporting and analysis of campaigns and develop recommendations to optimize. 7. Design testing strategies that deliver incremental response gains. 8. Accurately forecast incremental sales, margins, and impact of marketing efforts. 9. Foster and develop relationships with key strategic and operational vendors supporting efforts. 10. Collaborate with creative to design and execute successful customer journey roadmaps. 11.
