Marketing & Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Photography and video (includes landscape, construction, finished villas, resort, regattas, events, etc), with and without people, time lapse, bringing new ideas to the company on ways to showcase properties
• Editing and distribution of video and photography, multiple times a week through various channels 
• Posting video and photography through websites and social media, increasing relevancy
• Starting and maintaining a blog for Oil Nut Bay
• Regular updates to websites, as well as third parties listings
• Assistance with in-house design projects
• Assistance with all marketing activities as needed
• Assistance with marketing and sales newsletters
• Work with sales force and database management
• Prep sales materials for tours
• Give tours as needed to prospects, tour operators, travel agents and media
• Any other tasks as assigned

Required Skills:

• Entry level position: 1-3 years’ experience
• Strong writing skills and understanding of social media, experience with blogs 
• Photography and video shooting and editing skills, experience with various technology Self-starter, enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Strong computer skills – in addition to the basics, strong PowerPoint experience as well as Photoshop (a MUST) and Illustrator or InDesign
• SEO experience
• Flexible and willing to do anything needed at any given time (will be jumping between departments - marketing and sales)
• Experience with sales force, or quick learner in terms of computer programs
• Strong design aesthetic – has worked in print or digital design projects - has an eye for design detail
• Creative – thinks outside of the box
