This position is assisting the Operations Department in daily duties such as; registering guests, answering incoming phone calls, document creation, organization of calendar, data entry.
Requirements
Experience with KEYVIEW very helpful but not necessary.
Broad range of experience with customer services
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High school diploma
Excellent typing skills
High proficiency in Word and Excel
Ability to work overtime
Great customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
