Virgin Islands Paving, Inc. was founded in 1981. The company is 100% owned by residents of the US Virgin Islands and holds a preferred bidders status in the Virgin Islands. We are General Contractors and 80% of our work is through Federally Funded Projects.

Among our lines of expertise are airport construction, highway construction, flood control channels, and bridge construction. We do complete site packages including road construction, utility installation and site work.
