We understand that you are obligated by law to report to the Virgin Islands' Department of Labor of any job opening with your company. On Career.VI, we have made this all simple by integrating powerful feature of faxing your job opening to the local Department of Labor location of your choice, once you post your job on Career.VI. You can not only get a great response from Career.VI local and worldwide visitors but also get even greater response from the job market by easily faxing your job opening to the Virgin Islands Department of Labor through Career.VI.

FAXIT is very simple and Absolutely FREE! Simply register with Career.VI and post your job. While you post your job, you will be asked if you wish to fax your job opening with the local Department of Labor of your choice. You can select St. Croix or St. Thomas/St. John or even both locations and provide some information that Career.VI normally does not require during job posting. Career.Vi will convert your job to the VI Department of Labor's "JOB REQUEST" format and will automatically fax it to their office right after you submit your job at no cost to you. This feature is only for the employers.
 
New Job Posting
1 If you are an employer and wish to post your job opening on Career.VI simply register your company by clicking "JOIN" button in the header. Registration is absolutely FREE!

2 After successfully registering with Career.VI, you will be taken to the "Employer Administration Area".

3 You can now start posting your job openings on Career.VI by clicking on the link "Post a Job".

4 You will be asked important question during the job posting process which will help the users to learn about your opening.

5 During the last stage of posting your job you will be asked if you wish to fax your job opening to the Virgin Islands' Department of Labor.

6 Choose your desired location of VI Department of Labor and provide us other relevant information necessary for us to electronically complete your JOB REQUEST FORM.

7 Remember we DO NOT store your Employer Identification Number (EIN) for safety purpose. Your EIN number will be deleted after faxing your job opening to the Virgin Islands'.

8 Normally all fax requests are automatically sent within 30 seconds of posting a successful job. However, sometimes fax load requires a little bit more time than usual.
 

9 Your fax will not be sent if your job posting form is not complete or you have not provided required information.

10 Your fax will not be sent if your job posting form is not complete or you have not provided required information.

11 Career.VI will not be responsible of any false information provided by you on your job posting form or of any missing field(s) required by the Virgin Islands' Department of Labor.

12 Once a fax is sent out through Career.VI FAXIT system, Career.VI will not be responsible of its usage and response by the Virgin Islands' Department of Labor
 

13 Career.VI uses the automated system provided by efax.com to make FAXIT possible and no human interaction is involved from our side to ensure the privacy of your information.
