Job Description:
General Description of Position: The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible to manage the commercial calendar and activities at the point of purchase, ensuring we have effective activations/promotions. Collaborates on the development and alignment of Trade Marketing programs in a cross functional team effort and on its further planning and execution. In in charge to manage commercial and marketing budget ensuring business units don’t overspend while the plans are delivered on time and in full. The position main outcome is to ensure the Sales Team is equipped with the tools and support materials to drive brilliant execution with customers. Essential Function Include: · Become the Trade expert through regular trade visits, evaluating competitive activity and customer understanding. · Manage and monitors commercial and marketing budget. - Events & Activation coordination and execution (market and customer specific events).
· Measure and evaluation of all activities, activations and events. - POS Segmentation / mapping process for each key activity.
· Develop shopper /consumer understanding & insights for opportunity identification. · Efficient planning of the commercial plan to deliver flawless execution. · Responsible for ensuring the Sales Team is equipped with the tools needed to deliver flawless execution at the point of sales. · Owns and monitors the execution of all activity plans and promotional plans in prioritization of value creation and ensures all deliverables are on time and in full. · Establish execution standards and metrics by channel and brand. · Monitors and evaluates in-store execution compliance against well-defined execution standards and metrics (distribution, visibility, share of shelf…). · Manages special packs, displays and support materials to drive execution at the PoS, setting channel specific brand and category execution standards/guidelines. · Monitors the performance and implementation of the support tools; coolers, signage, special customer contracts etc. · Planning & execution of the Innovation Pipeline. |
