IMPACT Resource Group (IRG) is the premier supplier of assembly, repair and merchandising services for the retail industry.  In addition to our long standing relationship with Lowe’s® Home Improvement stores, we provide our service expertise to over 9,000 store locations and 6000 residential and business customers on an annual basis.  IRG helps retailers establish their reputations as quality merchants by providing them a full range of project, merchandising and assembly services. Merchandiser / Assembler This position is responsible for providing in-store and in-home assembly of RTA Furniture and/or Bikes and Grills and merchandising services to various retail stores in the area.   Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Completes service calls for specified vendor and/or departments within several assigned retail stores.
• Performs various assembly services for customers. Completes assignments as agreed and assures customer is completely satisfied.
• Understands and maintains vendor plan-o-grams.
• Replaces and maintains vendor POP as needed.
• Completes vendor specific resets as required.
• Performs assembly for vender displays.
• Provides continuous, courteous and professional customer service to vendors, store personnel, and store customers.
• Maintains good work habits and arrives at appointments punctually.
• Works independently to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Performs other related duties as required.
