Job Description:

LarCare LLC is a compassionate and patient-focused healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals in need. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our staff and the communities we serve. As we expand our services, we are seeking skilled and caring Spanish Speaking Aides to join our team.

The Spanish Speaking Aide will assist with the daily care of patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting their specific needs, including language assistance for Spanish-speaking patients. This role is vital in bridging communication gaps between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that non-English speaking patients receive the same high-quality care and attention.

  • Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or healthcare professional.

  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.

  • Assist in monitoring patient conditions, including vital signs, and report changes to the nursing staff.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.

  • Support patients in mobility and physical activities as needed.

  • Document patient care and interactions accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as required.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, helping them feel secure and understood.

  • Follow established care plans and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver personalized care.

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
