Job Description:

    • Responsible for the overall planning and running of the day-to-day operations of the organization in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
    • Provides leadership, direction and support to the Board of Directors in developing organizational goals, attaining/allocating resources, and establishing policies.
    • Responsible for establishing relationships with local and regional foundations for major cultivation of major gifts from individuals and corporations.
    • Coordinates, integrates, and monitors both short-term and long-range planning for the organization.
    • Serves as the official spokesperson for the organization.


Skills Required

  • B.A./B.S. degree in related filed (business, accounting, non-profit management, etc.).
  • Minimum two (2) years of leadership/management experience in non-profit setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of financial management practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience in grant writing and grant management.
  • Driver's license is required.
