Job Description:

Cottage Supervisor – Queen Louise Home for Children, St. Croix

Under the supervision of the Director, the Cottage Supervisor is responsible for the management and administration of the program on a daily basis. The Cottage Supervisor will work in collaboration with others and participate in the provision of certain supportive services to the residents as needed or directed.

 


Skills Required

Basic Qualifications:

§  Associates Degree (Preferred).

§  Minimum of three years of supervisory experience and a minimum of two years of work experience in a childcare environment or related field.

§  High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.

§  Must have knowledge and experience in working with children in a Residential Care setting.

§  Ability to work with residents and staff during stressful situations and maintain a calm, therapeutic manner.

§  Valid VI Driver’s License
