Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist, Market Insights to join our team to serve as the expert in consumer insights to help grow the business based on deep consumer and market understanding. This individual will be responsible for conducting consumer insights research and analysis, developing and refining customer personas, and being the company expert on all things customer related. Essential Functions: 1. Execute market research projects, using qualitative and quantitative methodologies 2. Develop customer personas, refining as needed 3. Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations and key findings 4. Evolve brand positioning, as appropriate, based on new insight and observed market trends 5. Compile online sources from relevant databases to support recommendations 6. Create and distribute a monthly report on consumer and competitor insights 7. Collaborate with all areas of the business giving a voice to the consumer 8. Research new or expanding product lines and provide information on the market 9. Triangulate results in the marketplace with signals seen across a variety of data 10. Additional duties as assigned Skills Required: 1.
