Manages the marketing for Yacht Haven Grande by executing all marketing activities and promotions including development and execution for a marketing plan on assigned brands. Initiates and monitors all aspects of marketing to ensure timely development of products and programs for assigned brands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Design, manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the property.

• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, competitor information, industry trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

• Plan, develop, implement marketing plans and projects for existing projects and new projects

• Set up, allocate, track, and review the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Assist with the development and manage the marketing budget
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed upon budget
• Report on investment for events and key performance metrics
• Develop pricing strategy for events, event space, and EDC beneficiaries
• Create marketing presentations for quarterly recaps and business plans.

• Direct management of full time and part time marketing personnel (hiring, supervision, evaluations and monitoring)

• Specific performance targets for categories i.e. Sales for Flip Flop shop, Gaming, Leased space  

• Support the efforts of the IGY corporate marketing team in all marketing-communication related activities.

• Organizes and files all creative campaigns and maintains media plans: local, national and international; maintains accurate, up-to-date advertising executions on the corporate ftp site/intranet.
• Create, manage and maintain material requests for Yacht Haven Grande, maintains selling materials, press releases, collateral and distributes publicity garnered.
• Assists with the management of all social media sites and “the shops” website (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pintrest).
• Ensures all forecasts for respective brands reflect the current promotional calendar and that all support groups (i.e. Operations, Customer service) have the most up-to-date information; develops and implements annual promotional grids for respective brands.
• Coordinates the distribution of financial information including: marketing spending relative to budget, issue monthly updates; performs follow-up with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Attend marketing events/trade shows and meetings with advertising agencies, cruise line representatives and other industry representatives, to market Yacht Haven Grande
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials working within the applicable approval process.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent.
• Gather, analyze, and create actionable plans to customer, tenant, and vendor insight/feedback.
• Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share with the tenant base, marina community, the island community, and IGY.
• Engage with the tenants of Yacht Haven Grande on a regular structured basis to ensure the goals of the tenants are being achieved Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
• Engage consumers on social media platforms to ensure all concerns or questions are addressed in a timely manner.
• Deepen relationships with all media outlets to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of Yacht Haven Grande
• Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
