Job Description:

The Operations Supervisor positon requires constant travel between all store locations. This position also entails direct oversight and supervision over the company operations. The Supervisor must have direct involvement in the upkeeping of the stores, demonstrate use of standard company protocol, assist managers and maintain the day to day smooth operation of the business.

	Skills Required
	The required skills are computer proficiency, good communication skills, excellent verbal and written ability, hardworking, good management skills and the ability to multi-task. The environment is fast paced and presents day to day challenges. Also, being bilingual with the ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus.
