Job Description:

Plan, develop and execute sales strategies in St. Thomas and St. Croix

Achieve assigned targets around sales, client retention, portfolio coverage and customer satisfaction.

Ensure company reporting requirements are adhered to in a timely manner

Develop and maintain database of clients and contacts

Develop and deliver presentations/demonstrations to clients/prospective clients

Capture and report on client requirements and gaps

Manage the stock level of equipment in the warehouse

Provide weekly status reports for assigned region

Skills Required

BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent

Minimum 3 years work experience in sales

Excellent communication, listening, writing and presentation skills

Systematic but flexible, self-directed, can prioritize and manage multiple work streams

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work on own initiative
