Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our organization. We are seeking a candidate that is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Candidates must be able to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with our patients and co-workers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing patients
- Handle patient complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Ensure all appointments are booked up to date
- Accountable for the time and materials used for each patient
- Perform other duties as assigned
