Job Description:
Summary: Responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through to close of sale. Develop and implement agreed upon Marketing Plans of an expanding client base. Main Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Achieve monthly assigned sales targets by maximizing face-to-face selling time 2. Develop and maintain client base and contacts 3. Develop and make presentations/demonstrations to clients/prospective clients 4. Capture client requirements and gaps and provide feedback to department leads 5. Develop and maintain journey plan for client base and contacts 6. Develop, manage and maintain relationship with clients 7. Provide timely presentation of all required reports 8. Research & report on competitor activity 9. Manage and minimize churn and debt exposure Key Performance Indicators: 1. Sales are generated as per target - Generate sales from new and existing clients - Service client accounts (consumables) - Conduct assigned number of weekly site visits 2. Proposals and reports submitted on time - Prepare analysis from site visit within 3 working days - Prepare proposal documents for the bidding/tender process - Weekly reports submitted every Friday i. Sales MTD including win/loss ii. Sales Pipeline iii. Collections |
