Job Description:
Utilize strong closing techniques to assist Sales Consultants in optimizing store sales and overall profits. Accountable for achieving profitable store operations by effectively planning, executing and reviewing all functions, in conformance with Company Policy and under the overall direction of the Store Manager. Responsibilities: · Utilize knowledge of fine jewelry, timepieces and diamonds along with consultative selling skills to provide clients with excellent customer service in order to maximize sales and expand the customer base. · Assist in establishing a working environment, which encourages commitment to sales and profit objectives. · Motivate associates to sell related add-ons to maximize sales and profits. · Demonstrate leadership and provide motivation to Sales Consultants to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance. · Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and maintain store security. · Resolve customer complaints according to company policies and use own judgment to ensure a high quality of customer satisfaction while maintaining company interests. · Approve refunds, voids and exchanges in compliance with company standards and policies. · Ensure proper receiving shipping, stocking and inventorying of merchandise. · Take responsibility for self-growth within the organization, through various training and development materials offered by the company. · Audit and maintain store reports to ensure operations are in compliance with company procedures. · Assist with recruiting and selection of qualified sales associates. · Assist the Store Manager in providing training to store personnel by on-the-job training and utilizing available programs. · Ensure merchandise presentation is in compliance with company standards. · Monitor and manage stock level. · Must attend weekly Ops meetings |
