Who We AreVibe Collection is hiring for a Retail Sales Manager! We are a jewelry design brand committed to the health and wellbeing of our local community in the Virgin Islands. The magnificent beauty of the ocean and the land here inspires us. Established in 2004, we have two stores in St. John Virgin Islands that are conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay. We’re looking for someone to lead our sales team as we’re growing fast and need to expand in order to keep up with and optimize our success. The Role LogisticsWe need a proven sales leader to oversee sales efforts at our 2 locations. Our objective is to find the right person and create the ideal role for them/us so that we’re all doing what we love to do in support of our company goals. This will be a full-time, W-2 employee position. This role will be compensated with a base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional commissions. Compensation will depend on experience, but is expected to range from $80,000 - $115,000 (base + commission), with the potential to earn even more based on store performance. This is for an in-person only position that splits time between our two stores located in St. John, VI 00830 and 00831. This role’s shifts will vary between the hours of 9am and 9pm Monday through Sunday and will be determined alongside our operations manager. This position requires evening and weekend availability. Responsibilities and Areas of NeedBelow is a list of areas where we have gaps and need your help, in priority order. Bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest. Mega bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest AND experience AND they love what we do AND they can keep up with high performers. - Oversee the success of in-store sales teams by monitoring that sales goals/quotas are being met. Analyze performance to determine where adjustments need to be made.
- Motivate and inspire the team members. Plan and execute sales incentives and fun competitions for team members to participate in.
- Assist on the sales floor by providing service to overflow customers and helping sales associates to close sales. Provide coverage for other team members when needed.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of stores. Assist sales associates with opening and closing procedures, inventory, product placement, and restocking.
- Train new team members on our sales processes and systems.
- Pull and analyze reports to update sales associates with monthly progress towards goals and quotas.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Vibe Collection owners to gather feedback on products and service.
- Work with the operations manager to set team schedules to maximize productivity and store success.
