Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is growing its business and seeking Human Resource Directors with a proven track record of success in the Caribbean.
We are currently searching for an HRD at our all-inclusive property in St. Thomas. The Human Resource Director will be a business partner to the GM and Executive Committee. Responsible for attracting, retaining, developing and motivating associates in a cost effective manner in accordance with Wyndham policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local laws and regulations; Responsible for promoting a safe, fair, positive work environment. This position oversees all aspects of wage, benefit, worker's compensation unemployment; training program direction, HR administration, and employee relations to include; coaching, counseling and discipline.
Skills Required
Candidates must have the following minimum requirements;
5-years of Progressive Human Resource Experience in a Hotel
