Summary
Position is a strong mid-level .NET developer role supporting internal operations and customer support. Role involves addressing active issues and developing creative operational solutions for a growing business.
Requirements
Candidate will have broad exposure to the tools and techniques available using Visual Studio, Javascript, SQL queries and third party development tools. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with global companies and their business technology challenges.
This diverse skill set will be used to improve internal processes and client services.These efficiencies will build off of a global enterprise learning operations systems called Xvoucher. Xvoucher is used by large corpo rations, channel providers and government agencies to drive marketplace commerce, manage contract budgets and track compliance. Technology services extend across a broad set of business and learning systems which are integrated into the Xvoucher architecture.
Demonstrating the ability to translate broad requirements into practical solutions, specific system issues into improved processes and broader business challenges into scale able technology solutions will be mission critical to the success of the role and the overall business.Effective communication skills in a variety of verbal and written exchanges will be the gateway to any subsequent technology solutions. An individual who enjoys technology, but has a passion for solving problems and helping people will thrive in this core job role.
Role will report to the Director Technical Services with direction from the Director of Product Development on architectural approach and standards.

Develop new web applications.
Share ideas and techniques for improving new and existing applications.
Support and maintain existing applications.
Take direct responsibility for quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
Be able to work independently or closely with other team members as project requires.
Shift quickly between multiple development and support tasks as priorities change.
Capable of developing business reports from functional requirements.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with other departments and customers.
