Job Description:

About Us

The IBM Mail Measurement Study is conducted on behalf of the United States Postal Service to measure the timeliness of mail delivery in the U.S., Virgin Islands, and other territories. The study is conducted by IBM, an external company, to ensure that performance results reflect real customer experiences and are free from bias or manipulation.

We are currently seeking new Mail Reporters in the Virgin Islands to join our growing team of over 20,000 volunteers. The results of our study aid the Postal Service in delivering the best service possible. Does this sound interesting? Continue below to find out how you can help.

What Is a Mail Reporter?

Mail Reporters are volunteers who report the mail they receive from the Postal Service every day. They log into our easy-to-navigate website to report the mail they have received, or to report that they have not received mail at all. Being a reporter is easy and reporting mail only takes a few minutes a day. Below are a few key responsibilities you should know about:

  • Checking mail every day. As a Reporter, we ask that you collect and open your mail everyday, Monday through Saturday.
  • Reporting personal mail. Each day that you receive mail, you will log-in to our Mail Reporting website and report all of the test pieces that you receive.

Are There Incentives for Participating?

Yes, to thank you for participating, you will receive $1.00 for every piece of test mail you accurately report. On average, reporters receive 3-6 pieces of test mail per week, and on average, earn about $19 each month.

How Do I Apply?

If this opportunity sounds interesting to you, you may apply directly through our ReportEZ website (http://reportez.com/newprospect.php). Click “Enter as Referral” at the bottom of the page and fill out our short online screening survey. We will contact you within 3 to 4 business days if we have a need in your area. You can also apply by calling our customer care team at 1-800-688-0444.

How Can I Learn More?

If you would like to learn more about the IBM Mail Study you can also visit our ReportEZ Info Page (http://reportez.com/newprospect.php). Also, take a look at our past study results on the USPS website (http://about.usps.com/what-we-are-doing/service-performance/welcome.htm). If you have additional questions, please email us at exfc@us.ibm.com or call 1-800-688-0444 and a member of our customer care team will be happy to explain the study in more detail.

Skills Required

-Must live in the U.S. Virgin Islands and have a valid mail address

-Must be 18 years of age or older

-Must be willing to check the mail and report test mail that is received on the same day it is received (Monday-Saturday)
