Checkmate Driving School's Office Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the School. In addition, the Office Manager will function as a Driver's Education Instructor for both classroom and behind the wheel training. The successful candidate will have a personality that exudes professionalism and a caring concern for children, and an enthusiasm for interacting with parents in a positive work environment. They must be responsible, organized and self-motivated.
Successful candidates will have the ability to diagnose key indicators of their overall success, and will be responsible for the financial health of the driving school. In turn, Office Managers are compensated accordingly with a base rate and and a healthy bonus structure.

Basic computer abilities
Initiative to grow the driving school by being held to aggressive growth results
Entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to confidently drive new student enrollments
Persuasive and enthusiastic personality
Desire to work with teenagers and their families
Strong leadership ability, including motivating and developing others
Desire to learn and grow professionally
Must have an excellent driver's license record (no DUI), and a professional appearance
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to speak and interact in front of a large group
Experience in an administration setting is preferred
