RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 1. Reports for duty on time and in uniform. 2. Greets guests and assists them to their rooms with luggage at check-in. 3. Identifies all safety features enroute to room(s). 4. Checks the condition of the room, shows features to the guests. 5. Explains resort services and facilities to the guest. 6. Assists guests, upon request, from room with luggage at check-out. 7. Stores and keeps secure the luggage of any registered guests. 8. Distributes guest messages and packages. 9. Conducts inventory and re-stocks all pamphlets and literature. 10. Performs scheduled runs on time to and from designated locations. 11. Maintains operation and cleanliness of resort vehicles. 12. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the bellman area, closet and the main lobby. 13. Performs other related duties as requested by the Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager. |
