REQUIREMENTS: · Liaise with our client’s safety and human resources managers to ensure our services meet their diverse operational needs while delivering world class service · Must posses and execute proven management skills and best practices that promote a high performance environment focused on consistently delivering quality, standardized care with a human touch while meeting all regulatory requirements · Must be able to create and manage operational budgets relating to the provision of the medical clinic service and maintenance of the medical clinic operation · Must establish communication with and make use of services from government, insurance, workmen’s compensation, and Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation and other agencies concerned with occupational health · Must be knowledgeable about OSHA, NIOSH, and worker’s compensation, and Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation regulations and medical record-keeping requirements · Must effectively coordinate with and manage the medical clinic’s service providers to include various labs, the physician, the EMT medical director, the local EMS and ambulance services · Must be able to work with our clients to assess the health program and nursing procedure and responsibilities and to recommend methods that will increase their effectiveness · Must be able to maintain a record and reporting system which meets legal requirements and ensures continuity of care and confidentiality
