MHN Government Services (www.mhngs.com), as a subcontractor for the Department of Defense, is seeking licensed clinicians to work as independent contractors in Military & Family Life Consultant (MFLC) roles in the Virgin Islands.
MFLCs in these roles will work as part of a mobile team to support Service Members and families who are geographically isolated from military installations. MFLC services include provision of information, coaching, training, and education. Service delivery may include mobile outreach, on-site, telephonic and/or direct short-term, nonmedical solution-focused counseling for issues such as parenting problems, relationship conflicts, stress, personal loss, and issues related to deployment and reunion.
Prospective candidates must hold VI licensure as a Certified Independent Social Worker, Psychologist, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
