Job Duties:

As a Food Service Specialist in the Guard, you will supervise or prepare, cook and serve food to your fellow Guard members. Your primary duties will include performing preliminary food preparation procedures and preparing menu items listed on the production schedule. You will also help set up serving lines, operate, maintain, and clean field kitchen equipment. Your duties may be performed in fixed garrisons or in cutting-edge portable field kitchens
