Job Description:
An employee in this position performs a wide variety of duties as an assistant to the Director of Technology. Under the direction of the Director of Technology but working independently, the employee will be responsible for preparing and tracking all paperwork and deadlines associated with the ERate program. The employee will need to have excellent document retention skills. Responsibilities ● Provide administrative support to the technology director and other department staff ● Prepare and track all paperwork associated with ERate ● Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to track multiple department budgets ● Create properly formatted and grammatically correct departmental and/or public correspondences ● Handle ERate application reviews and complete PIA responses ● Calculate ERate discount levels and determine eligible ERate services
Experience managing federal E RATE program paperwork is MANDATORY!
Skills Required
Minimum Qualifications ● 3+ years of administrative assistance experience

● Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills ● Excellent organizational skills ● Extensive Microsoft Word and Excel experience ● Strong financial management skills ● Must be able to work unsupervised ● Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times
