Job Description:
Provides office sevices by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring administrative projects; maintaining systems, and scheduling. Duties inlcude, but are not limited to: Managing the front desk/office space, gretting visitors, setting up appointments for owners and managers, maintaining a shared calendar of important meetings/deadlines/events, working with HQ and manager to set up new employees, organizing office events, point person for all office management needs (office supplies, rent and office bill organization etc), supports owners and general manager with office organization and various tasks. Requirements: BA/BS, computer skills, highly organizaed, administrative experience with the desire to work in the business & management consulting/financial services fields, friendly and professional Reports to operations manager and owners. |
