Music Publishing Company is in search of music business professionals to join the licensing team, to license/pitch the musical works to various platforms including trailers, video games, commercials and films.
It is an independent position that can be done from the comforts of your home, office or home office.
This is perfect for someone who wants to earn an extra income and already has contacts or knows Music Supervisors/Producers/Editors/ Advertisers who often seek to license music.
Skills Required
Qualifications generally include:
• An ability to negotiate music/entertainment/ publishing contracts, including commission, grand rights, digital, and print licensing agreements
• Experience and knowledge of music licensing
• Being a motivated, responsive and collegial team player, able to work diplomatically with internal and external constituents
• A proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
