Job Description:
A part-time telephone reservationist is needed immediately to:
Handle bookings
Answer guests questions
Ensure a good company image is portrayed via the telephone
Reservationist may be required to work nights and weekends
Skills Required
To be successful in this type of job, you will need to have good problem solving skills, for example, the ability to talk to and calm down unhappy guests. Good organizational skills are also necessary. Communication skills (a clear speaking voice) are essential since you will need to communicate with guests clearly.
