Reports to the Purchasing Manager Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide storage, handling and proper identification of all parts, components and materials required to support the company aircraft and facilities.
• Unpack shipments and verify part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities for any type of discrepancy.
• Process daily incoming shipments and ensure that the inventory system is accurately updated.
• Process Rotable and repairable parts.
• Maintain security access of receiving room.
• Perform general housekeeping of Receiving Room.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of company owned calibrated tools
• Assist with the annual physical inventory.
• Monitor the shelf life program.
