Job Description:

Resides with the patient
Maintain cleanliness of the home ( dusting, sweeping mopping, sweeping, laundry, etc.)
Grocery shopping and preparing meals
Assisting with hyigene ( shower,mouth care, hair grooming,toileting & dressing)
Companionship (talking & playing games & activities)
Keeping daily records of activties & services
Reporting any changes of patient's condition
Transporting patient to doctor visits
