General Description of Position: Sales analyst main role is to prepare all the sales and commercial reports and to identify commercial opportunities. The position provides any information and support needed by General Manager & Sales Manager Essential Function Include: · KPI’s analysis and track. · Prepare information for the weekly daily sales meetings for both islands (STX & STT) o Sales report and opportunities assessment o Power Point Presentation with results by: § Total company § Each island § Salesrep § Category § Brands & skus · Pricing compliance keeper. Liason between data governance and sales team. o By customer o By sku o JDE system o Retailer pricing · New product launches tracking. o PR portfolio them new items or brands. · Regular opportunities identification; by customer, brand, salesrep and any commercial opportunities · Prepare sales & business reports and analysis. · Trade visit evaluations documentation and track. · Support with monthly and annual Sales objectives establishment, by sales representative. · Track and work on sales incentives o USVI direct employees o Distributors incentives and rebates · Prepare special reports/analysis for presentations. · Perform Distribution analysis by sku to identify growth opportunities. · ROI analysis: special promotions & negotiations/activations etc. · Fill out “customer new items forms”. · Support with customer planograms requirements. · Control and distribute sales materials and track of execution. · Any other special requests |
